- Monitor, investigate and analyze market trends and buying habits.
- Oversee marketing initiatives (direct mail, email, online, etc.).
- Measure and evaluate online and off-line advertising performance to determine effectiveness.
- Increase brand awareness, promote positive community relationships, execute plans which support business and marketing objectives of the company.
- Create actionable marketing data through analysis and filtering.
- Prepare appropriate reports such as competitive analysis, sales forecasts, short and long-range marketing objectives, etc.

The ideal candidate should have:
- Minimum 3 year of sales experience
- Prior experience with online marketing, direct marketing, product management, brand management, relationship management or direct sales
- To be self-motivated, with a high energy level that will take initiative, make appropriate decision, follow through and accomplish multiple tasks with a sense of vision, commitment and urgency
