Senior HR Executive will: |
|
 |
Manage recruitment and staffing process including preparing job postings, posting open positions internally and externally, and scheduling interviews |
|
|
Conduct new employee orientation and other training programs as needed |
|
|
Assist in the employee activities and functions to ensure a motivated and enthusiastic staff |
|
|
Keep the India and US Team informed about the progress, changes or any developments in delegated task/project |
|
|
Provide assistance in general administration |
|
|
| The ideal candidate should: |
|
|
Possess at least 2-4 years of work experience |
|
|
Have customer service approach and patience with employees |
|
|
Be able to effectively communicate with others (written and oral) |
|
|
Have good follow-up skills |
|
|
Have pleasant phone voice |
|
|
Be proficient in using MS Office, particularly Excel and Word |
|
|
|
